An Ace Roll-off Trailer is an average of 5,300 lbs. lighter weight than equivalent frame-style roll-off trailers. This is based on 80,000 Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) between the truck/tractor, trailer, container, and the contents of the container.  An Ace Roll-off Trailer can legally haul 17.65 Tons (35,300 lbs.) with an increase of 2.65 Tons over our frame-style roll-off trailer competition.

When it comes to companies moving material by the 1,000’s of tons; every extra ton counts towards the bottom line.

Ace is constantly improving our equipment through engineering and testing to lighten the weight on our Ace Roll-off Trailers. This year, Ace has lightened the trailer’s weight by 340 lbs. by using different methods of fabrication.

In using state-of-the-art engineering programs, we can ensure longevity while lightening the trailer’s overall weight.  Other brands are removing hydraulic cylinders and integral steel components to compete with lower weights on an Ace Roll-off trailer.
